Dear Friends of Wine, Food and MSU Billings,
Welcome to Montana State University Billings and the 2012 Wine & Food Festival. We thank you for joining us as we gather for the 20th edition of this extraordinary event. Let’s have some fun and celebrate the academic excellence of our outstanding students and the extraordinary accomplishments of our faculty and staff.
These events are made possible by a fantastic cast of dedicated and talented volunteers: MSU Billings Foundation staff, particularly, Ms. Jeanne Moller, who directs the Festival’s planning; this year’s co-chairs, Kay Berry and Amy Gibler Brown; the MSU Billings Board of Trustees; CEO Marilynn Miller; the University’s faculty, staff and students; and the many others whose dedication and creative talents have set the stage for another fantastic Festival. Please join us in recognizing the 2012 Wine & Food Festival partners and sponsors.
The Wine & Food Festival exemplifies the ideals of our extraordinary partnerships and friendships built on the foundation of a shared commitment to current and continued excellence.
“Access and Excellence” is the tag line that reaffirms our strong belief in the importance of providing each of our students with opportunities for personal growth, intellectual development and future success.
The “Scholarships” auction continues to be an amazing demonstration of your support for public higher education and for our current and prospective students. When you hear from our students and learn about their personal challenges, achievements, plans and dreams, you will understand even more clearly our steadfast belief in the outlook for a brighter future for all Montanans.
We promise to maintain that commitment to providing you, your children, grandchildren, family members and friends with the finest education possible.
The relationships and partnerships you have strengthened over the years are the foundation of a great university: MSU Billings. These same relationships and partnerships make the 2012 Wine & Food Festival the premier event of its kind in Montana.
So, welcome! Enjoy the friendly conversations, relish the fantastic food and drink, and take part in the many educational experiences offered throughout Wine & Food Festival 2012. Open your hearts, bid generously and rally around the “Scholarship Auction.” Have a memorable time. We invite you to visit your University whenever you have the opportunity!
Warmest regards,
